Saucy Salmon Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 3 tbsp Chinatown Teriyaki
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2tsp chives, chopped

Method

  1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker until ready.
  2. Clean the salmon fillets and place them on a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush the fillets with Chinatown Teriyaki sauce.
  4. Re-apply the sauce 3 to 5 times for a better taste and thicker glaze.
  5. Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the cooked salmon fillet on a bed of steamed rice.
  7. Brush with additional layers of sauce before serving.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped chives.
